• Language proficiency must meet a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of 7 in either English or French.
  
• Intention to live outside the province of Quebec

How to apply for the Canadian Experience Class?

The process to apply for the Canadian Experience class involves several key steps:

1. Get a Canadian work permit
   
2. Get a work permit that allows you to work in the country. 
   
3. Gain work experience
   
4. Once you obtain the work permit, get the work experience to be eligible for the CEC.
   
5. Meet the eligibility criteria
   
6. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for the program.
   
7. Create an Express Entry Profile
   
8. Once you meet all the above points, create an Express Entry profile and submit it to the pool.
   
9. Receive an ITA
   
10. If your profile gets selected and you receive the highest CRS score, you will receive the invitation to apply.
    
11. Submit your PR visa application
    
12. After you receive the ITA, you have 60 days to apply.
    
13. Get your COPR
